Disable an account
To disable a remote clinician's account, follow these steps:
- Go to the Admin Tools section and click on the Users item.
- Expand the row associated with the remote clinician's account.
- Click on the "Edit User" button.
- In the Edit User interface, locate the "Account Status" field.
- Change the status of the remote clinician's account to "Inactive" by selecting this option from the available choices.
- Click on the "Submit & Close" button to save the changes.
