Disable an account

To disable a remote clinician's account, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Admin Tools section and click on the Users item.
  2. Expand the row associated with the remote clinician's account.
  3. Click on the "Edit User" button.
  4. In the Edit User interface, locate the "Account Status" field.
  5. Change the status of the remote clinician's account to "Inactive" by selecting this option from the available choices.
  6. Click on the "Submit & Close" button to save the changes.
