Edit Form

To edit a form, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Forms page.
  2. Locate the form you want to edit.
  3. Click on the Pencil icon in the Actions column.
  4. Once in the form editing mode, you can modify various aspects of the form. Edit the questions, answers, instructions, or any other fields as needed.
  5. After making the desired changes, click on the New Version button. This action generates a new version of the form. The form will be marked as "Draft" until it is signed off.
  6. Click on the Sign Off button.
  7. Click on the Sign button.
  8. Select the Changes Scope you want. The Changes Scope determines the extent of the modifications made
  9. Provide your e-signature. Follow the provided instructions to provide your e-signature accurately.

Once you have successfully signed off on the form, it will be in Signed status and can be used in the study.
