Edit Form
To edit a form, follow these steps:
- Go to the Forms page.
- Locate the form you want to edit.
- Click on the Pencil icon in the Actions column.
- Once in the form editing mode, you can modify various aspects of the form. Edit the questions, answers, instructions, or any other fields as needed.
- After making the desired changes, click on the New Version button. This action generates a new version of the form. The form will be marked as "Draft" until it is signed off.
- Click on the Sign Off button.
- Click on the Sign button.
- Select the Changes Scope you want. The Changes Scope determines the extent of the modifications made
- Provide your e-signature. Follow the provided instructions to provide your e-signature accurately.
Once you have successfully signed off on the form, it will be in Signed status and can be used in the study.
