Query Statuses
Talosix's query management feature provides a streamlined way to handle and address queries within the system. With this feature, you can efficiently track and resolve any questions or comments that arise during the process.
There are three statuses for queries:
- Open: When a query is raised, it is marked as "Open" until it is reviewed and addressed by the appropriate personnel. This status indicates that further action is required.
- Approved: Once a query has been reviewed and approved, it is marked as "Approved." This status signifies that the query has been resolved or accepted as valid and can proceed accordingly.
- Rejected: If a query is found to be unnecessary or invalid, it is marked as "Rejected." This status indicates that the query has been dismissed or declined.
