Reset password for users
If a remote clinician forgets their password, you can reset it for them by following these steps:
- Go to the Admin Tools section within the system.
- Find and select the user by expanding the row associated with their account.
- Click on the "Reset Password" option for that user.
- Confirm the password reset action to initiate the process.
- The remote clinician will receive an email containing instructions on how to reset their password.
