Reset password for users

If a remote clinician forgets their password, you can reset it for them by following these steps:

  1. Go to the Admin Tools section within the system.
  2. Find and select the user by expanding the row associated with their account.
  3. Click on the "Reset Password" option for that user.
  4. Confirm the password reset action to initiate the process.
  5. The remote clinician will receive an email containing instructions on how to reset their password.
